Cordeliers Convent, Historic Franciscan monastery in Latin Quarter, Paris, France.
The Cordeliers Convent stands at 15 rue de l'École de Médecine, with its refectory remaining as the last part of the original medieval structure.
The monastery transformed into the Club des Cordeliers meeting place during the French Revolution in 1790, before the members were removed in May 1791.
The convent holds royal burial sites, including Arthur II of Brittany, Blanche of France, and Joan I of Navarre, Queen of France and Navarre.
The site currently houses the Faculty of Health of Paris Cité University and Sorbonne University Medical School, along with advanced research facilities.
The convent hosted the Dupuytren Museum of anatomy until 2016, connecting medical education with the historical preservation of anatomical specimens.
