Tour LU, Industrial tower in Nantes, France
Description
Tour LU is an industrial building in Nantes that was originally constructed for a biscuit factory and stands about 38 meters tall. At its base are allegorical sculptures and zodiac symbols that decorate the roofline.
History
The tower was built in 1909 as an advertisement structure for the LU biscuit factory and originally had an identical twin. One was torn down in 1974, but this one was preserved and continues to shape the city's skyline.

Practical
The tower is open to visitors on certain days and has specific hours during weekends. It's best to check current opening times ahead of your visit, as schedules can change seasonally.
