Minguettes

Minguettes is a residential development in Vénissieux with fourteen housing units, including five duplex apartments and multiple garages for resident parking. The complex offers different types of accommodations and was designed to meet contemporary energy standards.

The complex was built starting in 2013 on the site of a former locksmith shop. The project replaced this old workshop with modern housing while preserving traces of what once stood there.

The residential project integrates social housing programs like Prêt locatif à usage social and Prêt locatif aidé d'intégration to support different population segments.

Residents have access to support services through the Municipal Social Action Center for housing-related questions. This assistance extends to everyday administrative matters for people living there.

The architects intentionally integrated elements from the former locksmith shop into the new building called Le Patio Nicolas. This blending of old and new creates a visible connection between the different eras of the site.
