Tour Cityscope, Office tower in Montreuil, France
The Cityscope Tower reaches a height of 96 meters with 26 floors and features an exterior design in yellow, orange, wine linen, and fuchsia colors.
Originally constructed in 1980 as Tour Urssaf, the building underwent major renovations in 1992 and 2008, transforming from a partially vacant structure into a fully occupied office complex.
The tower received recognition at the 2009 Venice Biennale and earned the Prix du Simi for its renovation, representing modern architectural standards in the Paris region.
Located near Mairie de Montreuil metro station, the building contains 42,000 square meters of office space and an underground parking facility with 386 spaces.
Three landscaped patios at the base of the tower provide natural light to the underground level, where employees access the restaurant and cafeteria facilities.
