Sea Opera

Sea Opera is a residential complex consisting of two tall buildings positioned directly on Netanya's Mediterranean beachfront. The towers stand at 87 and 109 meters in height, both finished with granite cladding that gives them a solid, contemporary appearance along the shore.

The first tower opened in 2005, with the second tower completed in 2009, representing a turning point in residential skyscraper development north of Tel Aviv. This period marked when coastal areas outside the metropolitan center began attracting large-scale modern residential projects.

The residential complex represents modern Mediterranean coastal living with design elements that reflect contemporary Israeli architectural standards.

The complex features a large park of roughly 6,500 square meters and an outdoor pool available to residents, along with a private sauna and well-equipped gymnasium. The location puts you steps away from the beach, making it easy to access the waterfront directly from the property.
