Children's Museum, Siri Fort

The Children's Museum at Siri Fort is a collection of around 30 reproduced sculptures made by students from the College of Arts and Crafts in Patna. The displays feature Indian historical artworks in a space designed specifically for families and young visitors.

The museum was established in 2011 by the Archaeological Survey of India after acquiring a building from the Delhi Development Authority. The institution grew from a goal to make artistic works from across India accessible to a younger audience.

The museum displays reproductions of important Indian sculptures that visitors can explore from different periods and regions of the country. The works give a sense of how Indian artists created across centuries.

Visits operate on a reservation system with designated playtime slots at different times during the week. The venue can also host children's birthday celebrations and similar events.

The garden contains life-size sculptures of Mughal emperors, including a depiction of Akbar, which gives direct presence to these historical figures. This outdoor display lets visitors encounter these figures in an unexpected way.
