Ghanteshwar Temple, Hindu temple in Ubidpur Khanakul, Hooghly, India.
Located on the banks of river Ratnakar, Ghanteshwar Temple houses several shrines dedicated to deities including Shiva, Durga, and Kaal Bhairav.
The current temple structure, established by Zamindar Bipin Bihari Sinha in 1943, replaced previous constructions that were damaged by flooding.
The temple complex celebrates numerous Bengal festivals throughout the year, including Neel Puja, Gajan, Shivratri, Bhimekadashi, and Ratha Yatra.
Visitors can reach the temple via trains to Tarakeswar, Arambagh, or Mayapur stations, followed by local bus connections to Garerghat and Ganeshpur.
The temple complex includes a shrine for Sufi Pir Baba alongside Hindu deities, representing the religious diversity of West Bengal.
