Böhmerwaldpark, amusement park in Ulrichsberg, Austria
Böhmerwaldpark is an outdoor amusement park in Ulrichsberg, Austria, set across roughly 190 acres (77 hectares) of open fields, gentle hills, and wooded areas. It offers a wide range of activities including a 27-hole golf course, an 18-hole mini golf course, disc golf, foot golf, SwinGolf, a 3D archery course, and a dedicated play area for children.
The park opened in 2018 and was designed from the start as a family and group leisure space in the Böhmerwald mountain area of Upper Austria. In 2022, a fire damaged the club house, but the rest of the park continued to welcome visitors.
The park is easy to reach from Ulrichsberg via signposted roads, and parking with electric bike charging is available at the entrance. Toilets, changing rooms, and vending machines are on site, and dogs are welcome throughout the grounds.
The park features a CrossBoccia area, an outdoor version of classic bocce ball played on a dedicated open-air court, which is rarely found at parks of this type. It is one of several games here that sit somewhere between a traditional sport and a casual group activity.
