Monaster Wprowadzenia Matki Bożej do Świątyni w Kupiatyczach, Orthodox monastery in Kupiatycze, Belarus
The monastery complex includes a main church building, dormitories for monks, and several auxiliary structures within its enclosed territory.
Established in 1629 by Basil Kopeć, the monastery received four włóka of land and initial group of monks from the Holy Spirit Monastery in Vilnius.
The monastery functioned as an educational center for monks in the 17th century, focusing on religious studies and manuscript production.
Visitors can access the monastery grounds from sunrise to sunset, with religious services held according to the Orthodox calendar.
A miraculous icon of the Mother of God discovered by a shepherd girl in 1182 was kept at the monastery until 1655.
