Campus Tower

Herriotstraße 4 is a modern high-rise with 18 floors of glass and steel construction rising 80 meters tall. The building in the Niederrad district offers office spaces and flexible workspace solutions with contemporary design elements.

Architect Christoph H. Mäckler designed this structure as an innovative office concept combining professional work with shared collaboration spaces. The building later received designation as a cultural heritage monument in the state of Hesse.

The building functions as a vertical campus where professionals from different sectors work together and share the same space. This setup encourages exchange and collaboration across different disciplines under one roof.

The building is located near Frankfurt Airport and is well connected by public transportation. Visitors should note that this is an active office building and access is normally restricted to business activities.

The building houses a fitness center and golf academy, blending work spaces with recreational activities in an unconventional way. This combination of office and leisure facilities is rarely found in other Frankfurt high-rises.
