St. Maria Rosenkranz, Gothic Revival filial church in Eicken, Mönchengladbach, Germany

The three-nave cruciform structure features numerous stained glass windows, multiple altars, and a distinctive organ with 37 registers across three manuals and pedals.

Architect Heinrich Nagelschmidt designed the church in 1873 to accommodate the growing population caused by textile industry development in the Eicken district.

The church received its patronage from Cologne Archbishop Philipp Krementz in 1887, dedicating it to the Queen of the Holy Rosary.

The religious building maintains regular Catholic services and stands as an active center for community gatherings in the Mönchengladbach region.

The first small bell was installed in 1876, followed by five additional bells commissioned from Bour & A. Guenser foundry in 1895.
