H da High-rise

The H da High-rise is a 16-story building on the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences campus that rises to about 66 meters. It houses classrooms, offices, and academic facilities that support the everyday functions of university operations.

The building was completed in 1968 during an expansion phase of what would become Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, which gained independence from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 1971. Its construction reflects the postwar growth period and the rising importance of applied sciences education in Germany.
