Schloss Brannenburg, Gothic Revival castle in Brannenburg, Germany
The castle features three three-story plastered buildings with saddle roofs, segment arch windows, gables, small towers, and battlements along its structure.
Joseph von Schmaedel designed this architectural monument in 1875 for Major Max Reinhardt, incorporating elements from a previous 1561 Renaissance structure.
The castle grounds include a Holy Cross chapel from 1858 and a park with a Neptune fountain adorned with bronze figures and iron grilles.
The castle complex currently houses educational facilities, operating as a state-recognized private secondary school and technical college with boarding facilities.
The site contains underground medieval and early modern findings, registered as archaeological monuments under identification number D-1-8238-0202.
