More than 40 wooden stalls form rows at the Fürther Freiheit square, offering seasonal crafts, decorations, local foods, and holiday beverages.
The Christmas market has evolved since 2018 with the installation of Bavaria's highest Christmas pyramid, measuring 14 meters in height.
The opening ceremony features the Fürth Christkind, maintaining German holiday traditions with performances and a night watchman calling at 8 PM.
The market operates daily from November 30th to December 23rd, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with free entry for all visitors.
The medieval section includes demonstrations by blacksmiths, glassblowers, and candlemakers who create their products using traditional methods.
