The mansion contains 50 rooms and stands within an 8-hectare park adjacent to Rude Forest, approximately 25 kilometers from Copenhagen.
Built in 1910 for businessman Aage Westenholz, the mansion passed to Count Christopher de Paus in 1942 before becoming Catholic Church property in 1945.
