Saint Catherine's Monastery, Dominican monastery in Vanalinn district, Tallinn, Estonia.

The monastery complex includes remaining sections of the original structure, stone walls, and a passageway connecting Vene and Müürivahe streets.

Dominican monks established Saint Catherine's Monastery in 1246, making it one of the oldest buildings in Tallinn before its destruction during the Reformation in 1524.

The monastery maintained a significant role in medieval education and scholarship, operating a brewery and hospital that served the surrounding community.

Visitors can access parts of the monastery through St. Catherine's Passage or through the entrance in St. Peter and St. Paul's Cathedral foyer.

The monastery ruins contain carved tombstones and host musical recitals in its partially restored church, combining historical architecture with contemporary cultural activities.
