Tülivere Oak, Sacred oak tree in Kuusalu, Estonia.
The Tülivere Oak stands between cattle paths and stone fences near a stream in Allika village, measuring 21 meters in height with a circumference of 587 centimeters.
A severe storm in 1891 created a large door-like opening in the oak trunk, measuring 3.5 meters high and wide enough to accommodate two adults inside.
The oak functioned as a traditional grove tree where people performed agricultural ceremonies, offering new grain and first crop products for favorable harvests.
Visitors can locate the oak using modern map applications, and upon arrival, they will find a guest book near the tree for signing.
Local tradition required couples experiencing relationship difficulties to spend a night within the oak's hollow cavity to resolve their conflicts.
