Casino of Cartagena

The Casino of Cartagena is housed in a former 18th-century palace with neoclassical architecture mixed with modernist details. The building features a columned central courtyard and several public-facing spaces including an auditorium, a reading room, and a restaurant.

The building was converted into the headquarters of the Circolo Cartagenero in 1836 and later became a casino in 1890 when purchased by its current operators. This transformation reflects the city's social evolution during the 19th century.
