Plaza de toros de Granada, Neo-Mudéjar bullring in Granada, Spain
The Plaza de Toros de Granada features a circular arena measuring 50.40 meters in diameter with seating capacity for 12,000 spectators within its grandstands.
Local architect Ángel Casas Vílchez designed and constructed this monumental structure between 1927 and 1928 for the New Bullring Society company.
The facility maintains dedicated spaces including pens for the bulls, a chapel for matadors, and an infirmary, representing essential elements of Spanish bullfighting traditions.
Located on Avenida del Doctor Oloriz 25, the bullring now incorporates multimedia content and offers audio guides in multiple languages for comprehensive tours.
Despite being Spain's third most traditional bullring, the venue currently houses numerous bars and restaurants in its lower level, forming a central entertainment district.
