Cala d'en Trons

Cala d'en Trons is a small beach with golden sand and pebbles along the Costa Brava coast. The shoreline stretches about 80 meters in length and 18 meters in width, framed by rocky outcrops on either side.

This spot served as a shelter for local fishermen who anchored their boats along this protected stretch of coast. Tourism gradually transformed the area throughout the 20th century, though fishing traditions remain part of local memory.

This small cove draws both locals and visitors during summer months to swim and relax by the water. The sheltered setting makes it a gathering place for beach-goers seeking a quieter coastal experience.

The beach is accessible via the coastal path and has parking available nearby. The cove offers limited facilities, so visitors should bring essentials like water and sun protection beforehand.

At low tide, small natural pools form in the rocky crevices, creating spots to explore. These tide pools attract visitors curious about the small sea creatures and plants found within.
