Château d'Arry, Historical castle in Arry, France

The exterior structure combines brick and stone construction with a central curved pavilion topped by a distinctive mansard roof and flanked by arcade buildings.

Built in 1761 for Count d'Hodicq, the castle received financial support from Queen Marie Leczinska after the count lost his fortune in a card game.

The grand salon displays rural scene paintings by Jean Loisel Le gaucher, a student of Joseph Vernet, alongside painted wall panels from 1760.

The estate offers two premium guest rooms and a separate accommodation called La Métairie for visitors seeking overnight stays near the Bay of Somme.

A console in the salon features a marble design depicting 'the queen's game', commemorating the story of the castle's funding through royal card games.
