Pont Reals de l'Orb

Pont Reals de l'Orb is a bridge crossing the Orb River that combines stone and metal construction. Five stone vaults sit on one side while a large metal arch spans across the water to reach the opposite bank.

It was built in the late industrial age to link two neighboring communities that needed better transport connections. The design reflects how infrastructure was modernized during that period to meet growing traffic demands.

The bridge carries the D36 road and is used daily by vehicles moving between the two communities. The crossing is wide enough for regular traffic and offers visitors a good vantage point to view the river.
