Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, Renaissance church in Milan, Italy.

The church features an octagonal dome designed by Bramante and combines Gothic elements with Renaissance architecture in its nave and aisles structure.

Construction of Santa Maria delle Grazie began in 1463 under architect Guiniforte Solari, with major additions completed by Bramante between 1492 and 1497.

The refectory of the church contains Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper, painted directly on the wall between 1495 and 1498.

Visitors must reserve tickets in advance to view The Last Supper, with entry limited to groups of 30 people for 15-minute intervals.

The church survived World War II bombings in 1943 through protective sandbags and scaffolding that preserved both its structure and The Last Supper painting.
