Bellaria-Igea Marina

Bellaria-Igea Marina is a coastal municipality in the Province of Rimini that stretches along the Adriatic Sea with sandy beaches and comprises two distinct districts. These areas connect via waterfront promenades that encourage leisurely strolls.

The Saracen Tower was built in the 17th century to defend the coast against Turkish raids. Today it holds a collection of marine shells and local artifacts that document the region's maritime past.

The Borgata Vecchia district functions as an open-air creative space where international artists regularly produce murals and sculptural works on display throughout the streets. This ongoing artistic production transforms the neighborhood into a living canvas for visual expression.

The Red House was once the residence of writer Alfredo Panzini and still retains his original furnishings inside. It operates as a cultural gathering place and hosts literary events throughout the summer season.
