Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of the Holy Rosary

The sanctuary features a Latin cross layout with one nave and four chapels, decorated with numerous paintings throughout its ornate interior space.

Construction of the sanctuary took place between 1641 and 1660, with the formal inauguration ceremony conducted by Bishop Alessandro Pallavicini on August 18, 1660.

The interior contains multiple paintings and ex-voto offerings that demonstrate the continuing tradition of religious devotion within the local community.

Located near the Fidenza gate of the A1 autostrada, approximately 20 kilometers west of Parma, the sanctuary maintains regular visiting hours for religious services.

During World War II, the sanctuary's orphanage section temporarily served as a prison before returning to its original charitable function in 1948.
