Santuario della Madonna di Dio il Sà, Renaissance shrine in Parabiago, Italy.

The Santuario della Madonna di Dio il Sà is a Renaissance shrine in Parabiago featuring exterior statues of Saint Anthony and Saint Christopher along with four interior statues of other religious figures. The building houses a single chapel with a notable polyptych above the altar and marble balustrades inside.

The building was constructed between the 15th and 16th centuries on the site of an older rural chapel that contained frescoes dating before 1500. This transformation reflects the growing importance of this Marian devotion site during the Renaissance period.

The sanctuary takes its name "Dio il Sà" from an old local designation and draws visitors interested in viewing the altarpiece painted by a student of Bernardino Luini. The polyptych showing the Virgin and Child surrounded by saints represents the artistic quality that characterized Renaissance churches in the Lombardy region.

The shrine is located on Via Madonna di Dio 'l Sà in Parabiago and is administered by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milan following the Ambrosian liturgical rite. Visitors should note that this is an active place of worship where appropriate conduct is expected.

The marble balustrades inside were donated in 1676 by Camillo Castelli, the feudal lord of Parabiago at that time. This donation shows how local nobility continued to invest in the religious architecture of their territories during the Baroque period.
