The Scene Johoku

The Scene Johoku is a residential skyscraper in Kita-ku with 45 stories above ground and 2 basement levels. The building contains apartments with contemporary design spread across its 160-meter (525-foot) height.

The building was completed in May 1996 as a collaboration between Sekisui House, AOSHIMA Architects & Engineers, and Kajima Corporation. This partnership brought a significant residential development to the Kita-ku area.

The building incorporates Japanese residential design principles with dedicated spaces for community interactions among the residents of its multiple apartments.

The location offers direct connections to public transportation and sits close to shopping centers, parks, and schools. The surrounding area is easy to walk through and provides access to many facilities nearby.

The structure combines three distinct architectural approaches, merging the expertise of different construction firms into a cohesive residential development.
