Nagisa Park, Waterfront park in HAT Kobe, Japan

The park extends along the Nada Beach coastline, featuring open lawns, walking paths, and multiple art installations throughout its landscaped grounds.

The development of Nagisa Park formed part of the urban renewal project following the 1995 Great Hanshin earthquake that transformed this coastal section of Kobe.

The park integrates numerous contemporary art pieces and sculptures that receive special illumination during nighttime, creating an outdoor gallery experience.

Visitors can access the park through Iwaya Station on the Hanshin Line with an 8-minute walk or from Nada Station on the JR Line within 10 minutes.

The park received the BCS Prize for its integration of public space, art installations, and coastal development in an urban setting.
