Minumadai Shinsui Park is a park in Toneri featuring walking paths alongside water channels maintained by purification facilities. The space extends about 1.7 kilometers with interconnected pathways connecting different areas of the grounds.
The area was originally an agricultural water system that supplied local farmers with irrigation. Over time this infrastructure was converted into a public recreational space serving the community today.
The December market held in the area brings local residents together to celebrate regional traditions and products. It serves as a gathering place where people can discover handmade goods and local specialties from the surrounding community.
The park is easily accessible by public transportation through Minumadai-shinsui-koen Station. The connected pathways allow visitors to explore the entire area comfortably regardless of fitness level.
The park contains around 340 large cherry trees lining a 1.2-kilometer stretch. During spring this pathway transforms into a natural corridor with delicate blossoms overhead.
