広小路クロスタワー, Corporate office tower in Nishiki 2-chome, Japan.
Hirokoji Cross Tower is a modern office building with 21 floors above ground, one basement level, and a height of approximately 97 meters in central Nagoya. The structure combines office spaces with THE CONDER HOUSE wedding venue and provides mechanical parking for 124 vehicles.
The building was developed by Mitsubishi Estate and Sekisui House and completed in February 2018 following a two-year construction period. The site previously served as the headquarters of Nagoya Bank before being redeveloped as this new complex.
The building hosts THE CONDER HOUSE, a wedding venue that honors the site's former connection to Nagoya Bank's headquarters. This event space draws couples seeking to marry in a location with local historical roots.
The tower offers direct elevator connections to Fushimi Station on the Higashiyama and Tsurumai subway lines for easy access. Visitors will find ample parking and should be prepared to navigate different functional zones across multiple levels.
The office spaces within the tower feature generous ceiling heights of 2.8 meters and raised floors with 100-millimeter height for flexible spatial layout. This technical design allows tenants to configure work areas according to their specific needs.
