Pałac Tyszkiewiczów w Landwarowie, Gothic Revival palace in Lentvaris, Lithuania.

Pałac Tyszkiewiczów w Landwarowie is a Gothic Revival palace in Lentvaris featuring a Tudor-inspired facade with a tall southwest tower. A two-story wing extends toward the lake, creating a direct relationship between the building and the water.

The palace was built between 1861 and 1869 by architect Friedrich Gustaw von Schacht under commission from Count Józef Tyszkiewicz. Earlier foundations from 1596 were incorporated into the design, linking the structure to the site's longer past.

The palace name reflects the Tyszkiewicz family who shaped this estate over generations and left their mark on the landscape. Visitors can walk through the park and observe the mix of tree species that gives the grounds their distinctive character.

The estate sits by a lake with natural pathways through the surrounding park for exploration. As it is privately owned, visitors should check access conditions beforehand to ensure they can visit.

The lake beside the palace was created by an artificial embankment that also became the foundation for the building itself. This unusual arrangement means the palace literally sits at the boundary between land and water.
