The four-story Grand Hotel Gooiland features a U-shaped structure with round balconies, glass cylinders at the entrance, and light beige glazed tiles on the exterior.
Built in 1936, architect Jan Duiker designed the building following Neues Bauen principles, marking the first steel skeleton framework construction in the Netherlands.
The complex integrates hotel accommodations with a theater, representing a significant example of Dutch modern architecture from the 1930s.
