Kasteel De Vanenburg

The castle features 48 hotel rooms and suites located outside the moats, distributed across four courtyard areas within the extensive landscaped grounds.

Originally mentioned in 1389 when the Abbey of Abdinghof in Paderborn granted the land to Wolf van Putten, the current structure dates from 1664.

The castle restaurant maintains its position among the top 500 establishments in the Netherlands, offering regional dishes prepared with local ingredients.

The estate contains twelve meeting spaces equipped with modern facilities, accommodating groups from small gatherings to events with 300 participants.

Each hotel room bears the name of a former resident of the castle, connecting present-day guests with the historical figures of the estate.
