Moszczanka, Opole Voivodeship, Rural settlement in Prudnik County, Poland
Moszczanka extends across 14.42 square kilometers of agricultural land in southwestern Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic.
The village dates back to the 13th century when German settlers established it as a Waldhufendorf, with the first written records appearing in 1321.
The village contains several protected monuments, including an 1827 wayside shrine and multiple residential buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries.
Located 7 kilometers west of Prudnik and 52 kilometers southwest of Opole, the village operates under postal code 48-200 for local services.
In 1845, the village housed six bleachers, four watermills, six looms, and a wool spinning mill, marking its industrial development during that period.
