The Armoured Warfare Museum contains 60 military vehicles, including tanks, self-propelled guns, rocket artillery, armoured cars, and personnel carriers from different periods.

Founded in 1963 at a military training center in the Sołacz district of Poznań, the museum initially maintained a collection of Soviet-produced vehicles.

The museum exhibits trace the evolution of armoured warfare through an extensive collection of vehicles from World War I through the Cold War period.

The museum operates from Tuesday to Saturday at its new location near Ławica airport, which opened in October 2019 after relocating from its previous site.

The museum staff conducts excavations and restorations of military vehicles, including a Sturmgeschütz IV assault gun recovered from the Rgilewka river.
