Kościół św. Jadwigi w Krakowie, Medieval church site on Stradom Street, Kraków, Poland.
The St. Hedwig's Church stood at Stradomska Street numbers 12-14, forming part of a religious complex with a monastery and hospital.
King Casimir the Great initiated the church construction in 1378, which his sister, Queen Elizabeth of Hungary, continued until its completion in 1383.
The church maintained six altars during the 16th century and served as a spiritual center for the Order of the Holy Sepulchre from Miechów.
Following multiple fires and reconstructions, the building transformed into offices during the Second Polish Republic and closed in 2010 due to structural issues.
Archaeological excavations in 2018 revealed a historical cemetery beneath the building during its conversion into the Stradom House hotel complex.
