Shipwreck Conservation Centre, Maritime museum and conservation center in Tczew, Poland.
The Shipwreck Conservation Centre maintains and displays maritime artifacts through advanced restoration techniques in specialized workshops and exhibition spaces.
Established in 2016 through collaboration with the Norwegian Maritime Museum, the center received funding from EEA grants and Polish Ministry of Culture.
The facility exhibits historical boats, including three significant Polish yachts - Opty, Dal, and Kumka IV - alongside kayaks and vessel fragments from Europe and Africa.
The conservation center welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, offering guided tours and educational programs for all age groups.
Visitors observe restoration work through a mezzanine overlooking the workshop areas, while specific tours allow tactile exploration for visitors with visual impairments.
