Majaland Kownaty

Majaland Kownaty is an amusement park in Torzym with attractions for all ages, featuring carousels, water activities, playgrounds, and rides. The grounds blend indoor and outdoor spaces with different themed areas.

The park opened in September 2018, marking the entry of the Plopsa entertainment group into the Polish market. This launch brought a new type of large-scale amusement facility to the region.

The park takes its name from Maja the Bee, a character from German literature who became famous through television across Europe. Visitors encounter this character throughout the grounds, as it shapes the park's theme and design.

The park is easy to navigate and has various areas to explore, so visitors should wear comfortable shoes and plan time for multiple attractions. Some rides have height or safety requirements that should be checked.

The grounds house Poland's first wooden roller coaster, the Werewolf, which extends offerings beyond typical children's entertainment. This coaster attracts older visitors seeking more intense rides.
