The architectural design incorporates elements from New England states, with modernist, classicist, and Art Nouveau influences in each villa's structure.
The complex, located on Górniczego Stanu Street, remains inhabited by private residents while maintaining its status as a protected historical monument.
The settlement included a tennis court, a nine-hole golf course, and a clubhouse, marking it as an early American-style residential development in Poland.
