Липки-Алексеевское, Regional cultural heritage mansion in Veshki, Russia.
The central two-story mansion connects to its side wings through semicircular galleries and features a terrace leading to a pond with stone lion statues.
Built in the 1820s as the Prilipka estate for merchant Alexey Alexeev, the mansion was reconstructed in 1907 by architect Ivan Zholtovsky in neoclassical style.
The estate served multiple purposes throughout time, from a noble residence to Stalin's temporary residence between 1932 and 1934, and later as a rehabilitation center.
The mansion complex and its surrounding 38.4-hectare territory, currently undergoing reconstruction since 2004, will be available for purchase through public auction.
Four equal sections of the regular park, divided by lime tree alleys, surround the mansion, creating a symmetrical garden layout from the 19th century.
