The Talitsy Estate features a central two-story mansion covering 1092 square meters, connected to a brick and wooden wing of 566 square meters.

The estate's origins date back to the 18th century when it belonged to the Blagoveschensky Monastery, later becoming the property of wealthy timber merchants Aigins in 1880.

The estate served as an educational institution from 1914 to 1985, operating as an eight-year school with additional buildings constructed for teachers' residences.

The estate stands 30 kilometers from Moscow and 3 kilometers from Sofrino railway station, with a preserved lime tree park and pond on its 46,887 square meter grounds.

Monks excavated underground caves on the hill across the road, which became a pilgrimage site to the Holy Trinity in the mid-19th century.
