Sätuna Manor is a two-story house near Björklinge village featuring symmetrical windows and formal Swedish architectural design. The building displays balanced proportions and a structured facade typical of its period.

The estate was founded in 1613, but the current main building was built in 1748 when Otto Fleming commissioned architect Carl Hårleman for the redesign. This reconstruction followed the destruction of the original structure and established the property as it appears today.
