The sandy beach stretches 200 meters along Nickstaviken bay, featuring grassy areas and multiple swimming zones for different skill levels.

The Swedish Telegraph Administration initiated the construction of this bathing site in 1938 with a government grant of 10,000 kronor.

The beach serves as a meeting point for local residents and visitors, offering spaces for beach volleyball and outdoor activities throughout summer.

The facility includes changing rooms, a kiosk, restaurant, mini-golf course, and a 170-meter water slide with multiple tracks.

A diving tower installed in 2015 provides platforms at 3, 5, 7, and 10 meters above the water surface.
