ERA APAC Centre

The ERA APAC Centre is a four-story building at 450 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh that houses office spaces, meeting rooms, and around twenty retail shops. The mixed-use layout combines real estate operations with commercial businesses, creating a busy hub for work and shopping.

The building opened in 1972 as Toa Payoh Theatre, operating as a cinema until its conversion in 1997 to an entertainment center. In 2018, APAC Realty acquired and renovated the structure to serve as its headquarters.
