Kew Palace is a British royal palace in Kew Gardens on the banks of the Thames up river from London.
Originally built in 1631 as a large mansion, it was later used by royals including George III.
The palace houses a collection of Georgian artefacts and has been restored to its appearance during George III's reign.
It is open to the public and can be visited as part of Kew Gardens.
Kew Palace is the smallest and most intimate of the royal palaces.
