Lancaster House, Historic mansion in London
Lancaster House is a mansion in the St. James's district in the West End of London.
It was commissioned by the Duke of York and Albany, the second son of King George III, and was completed in 1825.
The house has been used for filming locations, including The Crown and Downton Abbey.
It is not generally open to the public, but it can be visited during the annual Open House London event.
The Lancaster House Agreement, which ended the Rhodesian Bush War, was signed here.
