Legoland Windsor Resort is a child-oriented theme park and resort in Windsor, Berkshire in England, themed around the Lego toy system.
The park opened on 17 March 1996 on the former Windsor Safari Park site as the second Legoland after Legoland Billund in Denmark.
It features models of landmarks from around the world, made from millions of genuine Lego bricks in the Miniland.
The park had 2.138 million visitors in 2016, making it the most visited theme park in the United Kingdom and the 10th most visited in Europe.
Legoland Windsor Resort includes a Lego-themed hotel with 150 rooms, including themed suites, based on popular Lego lines such as Pirates, Adventure and Kingdom.
