Leamington F.C., Association football club in Leamington Spa, England
Leamington F.C. is an association football club based in Leamington Spa with the New Windmill Ground as its home stadium. The ground accommodates around 1,500 spectators and features standard facilities for match days.
The club was founded in 1933 as the works team of automotive parts manufacturer Lockheed Borg & Beck and took the nickname 'The Brakes' from the brake components made there. After losing its ground in 1988, dedicated supporters revived the club in 2000 and purchased the current stadium.
The Brakes Trust, formed in 2010, manages supporter initiatives and organizes community events to strengthen connections between the club and local residents.
The venue has a car park with around 370 spaces available, and several transport options serve the location from the town center. Visitors should check ahead for access arrangements and facilities on match days.
After becoming dormant in 1988 due to ground loss, the club returned in 2000 through dedicated supporters who purchased and developed the New Windmill Ground.
