Aberconway House, Grade II listed mansion in Mayfair, London, United Kingdom

The neo-Georgian residence at 38 South Street encompasses 25,000 square feet of living space near Hyde Park and Berkeley Square.

Architect John Murray Easton constructed the building in 1920 for industrialist Henry McLaren, who later received the title Lord Aberconway.

Following its residential phase, the property served as headquarters for Rank Organisation, a major British film production company, from 1943 onwards.

The mansion stands among London's most exclusive addresses, connecting Park Lane with Berkeley Square through South Street in Westminster.

In 2023, vaccine manufacturer Adar Poonawalla acquired the property for 138 million pounds, marking London's largest residential sale that year.
