Adam's Grave, Neolithic long barrow in Alton, England.

The burial mound extends 70 meters in length and rises 7 meters above ground level, featuring ditches along both sides of the structure.

Archaeological excavations conducted by John Thurnam in 1860 revealed multiple human skeletons and a sarsen stone arrowhead within the chamber.

The site transformed from its original name of Woden's Barrow during the Anglo-Saxon period to its current designation as Adam's Grave.

The elevated position of the long barrow provides clear views across the surrounding countryside and connects to multiple walking paths.

Two notable stone features at the site bear the names Old Adam and Little Eve, reflecting the burial mound's connection to creation narratives.
